Ibi Krukrubo

As an Audit Partner focused on tech companies in Silicon Valley, I have spent my career staying connected to my clients, being responsive to their issues, and bringing them insights.

For more than 12 years, I have served private and public companies ranging from Fortune 500 multinationals, to VC backed companies and fast growing start-ups. I have taken clients public and continue to serve them, as well as worked through several S-1s before a company either went public or was acquired.

As part of EY’s technology practice, I regularly advise clients on various technical issues including revenue recognition, equity accounting, and business combinations. I have extensive experience working with software, hardware and cloud computing companies on SEC filings and significant transactions (IPOs, acquisitions, debt offerings). In addition, I’ve helped develop EY’s internal and external thought leadership on revenue recognition and audit quality and presented at external events such as the Financial Executives Institute meetings.

Outside of EY, I am involved with America SCORES, United Way, and the National Association of Black Accountants.
